REFUND POLICY |
|
Any items to be returned to Telesensory have to be in new and food working condition with all original packaging and accessories unopened. The same applies to any components, including instruction manuals and accessories. Computer software has to be unopened unless otherwise noted. In order to ensure on prompt refund, please take note on the followings:
Date to return - Telesensory will only accept order that was sent within 30 days of ordering for full refund.
Obtain an RMA Number - Telesensory will only accept any return with a valid Return Material Authorization Number obtained from our Order Processing Team. The RMA number has to be pasted on the outside of the return package.
Re-Package Your Item - Telesensory will only accept re-packed item(s) with all the original packaging and/or accessories.
Ship Your Item - Telesensory will only accept the returned shipment with the "Ship To" address provided on your RMA number. A traceable method, such as FedEx is highly appreciated for shipping to ensure proper delivery. Telesensory will not be responsible for any lost or damaged articles.
Gifts & Exchanges - A new order should be placed to Telesensory if you are returning an item to exchange it.

RESTOCKING FEES MAY APPLY |
Under the following circumstances, a 25% restocking fees may apply if you are returning an item to Telesensory:
Orders Shipped Outside the United States - Telesensory will charge a 25% restocking fees for any returned orders which originated from outside United States, which is determined by the "Ship To" address.
Items Over $2,000.00 - Telesensory will impose a 25% restocking fees for any item's total value exceeding USD 2,000.
Incomplete Returns - Telesensory will impose a 25% restocking fees or the cost of replacement or repair for the device, whichever is lesser for any items returned damaged by a customer or with missing accessories.
Items Returned Without Authorization - Telesensory will impose a 25% restocking fees for any return sent back without an RMA number.
Incomplete, Damaged, or Defective Orders
Telesensory shall issue a full refund for the cost of the products and the shipping charges should you have received a defective or damaged item. Kindly contact our Order Processing Team if you wish to replace any order. Telesensory will only refund the amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method if the return was shipped back via expedited shipping.

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR REFUND |
Telesensory will only process any refund when any return item(s) is received by our warehouse. Please allow up to at least 2 billing cycles for the credit to be appeared on your credit card statement. Please note that your refund:
- Will be the total price of the item(s) ordered excluding any shipping and handling charges (unless otherwise specified) and any indicated restocking fees
