Telesensory will ship all orders based on the total weight of the orders.
The lead time for each order might fluctuate based on availability of each product. Please expect a delivery time ranging from 1 week to 5 weeks after you placed your orders. Any taxes and/or duties upon delivery of your orders should be borne by customers. Any additional charges due to any changes made after transaction, it will be borne by customers.

In order to ease freight cost computation, our Order Processing Department Officer shall contact you in a short while via the contact number you had provided.
Telesensory will ship all your orders placed timely according to the "Ship To" address. Telesensory would not be able to ship any orders to PO Box address.

Upon your orders processed and payment is approved and completed, Telesensory will issue you an Order Confirmation via email indicating:
- Order ID Number
- Product Code
- Description of your purchase
- Total Amount of your order
- Amount Transacted with the Card Type (Visa/Master)
